Each tinsel highlight is achieved by looping and tying “special” small knots at the root of a few hair strands along the part line. Taking only minutes to complete, hair highlight bling can last for weeks! Be “rock star” bold or blend tinsel subtly into your natural hair color for a “peek-a-boo” effect.

- TWO or FOUR sturdy chairs.
- An electrical outlet.
